MINERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA
Miners Association of Nigeria (MAN) is the industry association and the umbrella body for all individuals and groups engaged across the Nigerian mineral value-chain, which includes exploration, mining, quarrying, mineral trading, consultancy and other related services. The Association was established in 1944 as Association of African Miners and it has the main objective of protecting and promoting the interests of its members through partnership and collaboration with government agencies and all critical stakeholders to engender investment friendly policies for the ease of doing mining businesses. The Association is headquartered in Abuja and has membership and chapters in all the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (doing business as PwC) is a multinational professional services network. It is the largest professional services firm in the world. PwC Nigeria works with clients to unlock opportunities in the mining industry, around availability of reliable geological data, access to funding, and regulatory requirements aimed at increasing government’s ‘take’. A shortage of skilled labour, preponderance of artisanal mining activities, weak infrastructure, pervasive corruption, environmental degradation and increased stakeholder expectations are common features of mining in Nigeria.

In 2003, Nigeria voluntarily signed up to the global Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI). NEITI focuses on four main areas. Improving Nigeria’s macroeconomic environment; pursuing structural reforms; strengthening public expenditure management; and implementing institutional and governance reforms.

Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI)
Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established on 5th August, 1986 as a Company Limited by Guarantee with the principal objective of promoting economic and industrial development within the FCT in particular and Nigeria in general.
Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-partisan, non-sectarian, member-funded organisation solely representing the common interests of the business community in the FCT. The Chamber is privately funded by Corporations, Foundations and Members, therefore its energies are directed by the interests of the business community and the general public.
Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria Ltd/GTE (ELAN)
Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria Ltd/GTE (ELAN) is a Business Membership Organisation (BMO), established in 1983, primarily to promote the business of leasing in Nigeria. Membership of the Association consists of banks, finance houses, independent leasing companies, insurance companies, equipment vendors as well as professional firms and individuals.
Over the years, ELAN has been promoting economic and developmental growth through leasing, working with government and development partners, to provide the much-needed integral support for national economic growth.
Nigerian Mining and geosciences Society (NMGS)
The Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS) is a non-governmental, non-profit umbrella organization for all mining and geoscience professional groups in Nigeria. The NMGS was founded on the 15 January 1961, and currently with membership strength of over 10,000 cutting across both the private and public sectors. The Society’s activities significantly impact several sectors of Nigeria’s economy particularly in Mineral Resources, Energy, Water Resources, Construction, Agriculture, the Environment and Health.
Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers
Nigerian Society Mining Engineers (NSME) is a volunteer professional organization founded on 24th June, 1989 and incorporated on 23rd March, 1990 to serve its members and the Nigerian minerals industry. NSME has its secretariat along Barkin Ladi Road in Bukuru, Plateau State, Nigeria and membership of over 900. NSME has continued to evolve over the years to meet the needs of its members and the minerals industry. It has the following objectives:
To bring together all mining and mineral processing engineers in Nigeria as members of the Society. To advance the science and practice of engineering in the field of mining and mineral processing. To afford a means for facilitating the acquisition and preservation of the knowledge as it pertains to the professions of mining and mineral processing. To represent its specialist interests and its members in Nigerian Mining & Geosciences Society (NMGS) and other Nigerian related professional/ regulatory bodies where applicable.
Nigerian metallurgical society (NMS)
The prestigious annual metallurgical conference is the flagship forum of the metals industry in Nigeria the conference provides an extensive
networking opportunities and a perfect platform to shape and influence polities businesses and practices across the value chain of the metals industry. It is organized by the Nigerian metallurgical society (NMS) and supported by the industry.
Nigerian Arabian Gulf Chamber of Commerce (NAGCC)
The Nigerian Arabian Gulf Chamber of Commerce (NAGCC) is a model bilateral trade association dedicated to the development of prosperous business relationships and economic contacts between Nigeria and all the Arabian Gulf countries (Saudi-Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman). Its board and members are leading entrepreneurs and companies who enjoy excellent business relations in Nigeria the Arabian Gulf Countries.
The objectives of the Chamber are to promote its members in Nigeria and the Arabian Gulf States, to facilitate the economic relations between Nigerian and Arabian Gulf companies, and to provide trade information and business consultancy services to its members and other potential partners.
Nigerian Institution of Metallurgical, Mining & Materials Engineers (NIMMME).
The Nigerian Institution of Metallurgical, Mining & Materials Engineers (NIMMME or 3M) was officially inaugurated by the Council of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) in 1988 as Metallurgical and Mining Division (M/M D). The Division was born about the time when the country’s primary steel production plants and rolling mills (the Delta Steel Company and the Ajaokuta Steel Company) along with the three Inland Steel Rolling Mills in Jos, Oshogbo and Katsina commenced operations.
Nigeria- Saudi Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NSCCIMA)
Nigeria- Saudi Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NSCCIMA) serves as a pivotal link fostering business ties between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. Our board and members, composed of leading entrepreneurs, actively cultivate flourishing industrial manufacturing and commercial relationships across both regions.
Nigerian–Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI)
The Nigerian–Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NICCI) is a bilateral trade body established in 1997 to promote and strengthen economic, trade, and investment relations between Nigeria and Indonesia.
NICCI serves as a bridge connecting government institutions, businesses, and investors in both countries by facilitating trade missions, investment forums, business networking, and market-entry support. The Chamber also provides members with key services such as visa facilitation, business advisory, and access to bilateral opportunities across diverse sectors including agriculture, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, services, and technology.
Over the years, NICCI has played a pivotal role in driving bilateral partnerships, supporting private sector growth, and championing initiatives such as the Nigerian–Indonesian Investment and Trade Forum (NIITF) — a flagship platform for unlocking opportunities and building sustainable cross-border collaborations.
NIPC
The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) Act 16 of 1995 established the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission established by law to encourage, promote, and coordinate all investments in Nigeria. This act also regulates the participation of foreign businesses in the country. The NIPC Act allows foreign nationals to own up to 100% equity and invest in any business in Nigeria except those indicated on the negative list as defined by section 31 of the Act such as production of arms, ammunition, narcotics and related substances.
GEMSTONE MINERS AND MARKETERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (GMMAN)
The Gemstones Miners and Marketers Association of Nigeria (GMMAN) is a leading platform dedicated to uniting gemstone miners and marketers while promoting Nigeria’s gemstones both locally and internationally. The association is committed to increasing productivity, adding value, and fostering growth of the Nigerian gem mining industry.
Objectives:
